Butthole pain during period?

Does anyone else get random very sharp pains in your butthole during your period? Typically out of nowhere, extremely painful! What is it??

Butt lightning. The endometriosis community talk about it all the time! (Not saying you have it but it’s a random thing we have experienced and talked about!) I made a post on here about it actually lol!!

I unfortunately have endo and butt lightening will hit so hard it wakes me out of a dead sleep. Lesions are known to grow in the rectum/bowels and I’m one of the ones who have that happening.
