Miscarriages and confusion

I had a miscarriage late February early March . Me and my fiancé had sex the last two weeks as the bleeding got lighter . And had sex regularly after bleeding stopped . I was feeling off the last couple days and took a cheap test the other day it was EXTREMELY faint . Then today I took another test and it came up FAST . Picture below. I need thoughts and opinions. I’m not sure if I should get excited or if it’s still hcg levels from my miscarriage. I was five weeks when I miscarried and it was a ectopic pregnancy
