Kyleena removal and cycle return?

Ok, so curious what other people’s experiences are after Kyleena removal. I had mine removed end of February, and i had what i tracked as my mentrual cycle a couple weeks later (also had some bleeding a couple days after removal but i think that was just related to removal). I have a very regular cycle even when kyleena was in. So now my cycle is 1 day late, negative test this evening (also drank a ton of coffee and water today). I definitely felt like i was pmsing last week. Im just confused, not sure whats going in. Either my cycle is off/delayed or im pregnant and its not showing up yet. Help! Lol, Im fine with being pregnant and also fine if im not, but i hate not knowing what the heck is going on?!
