Bleeding

Now I’m confused I was 8days late last month. And came on for 7full days aswell as being heavy. 16days later from the first day of my last period I am re bleeding again. Yesterday it was ovulation day, I had sex but before that I had some browny discharge (old blood) so it was most likely ovulation. After sex the flow was still light. I woke up this morning... I’m really heavy bleeding like red? What do I do?

I lost my baby 17weeks last year? So am very alarmed at any sort of bleeding when trying someone help
