Can you naturally conceive with PCOS

I’ve recently been diagnosed with PCOS, and while I have some symptoms, I don’t have others.

I have facial hair and slightly overweight however, I have regular periods, I have been pregnant before but at a very young age…..

I currently have no children, but would like to change that in the future no Doctor can give me a straightforward answer can someone with any knowledge comment because Google is crappy  and I’m really scared I can’t conceive naturally again
