Tw/CW for trans pregnancy, sickness, some tmi body issues because idfk what’s happening

Hey guys, I’m really lost and don’t really know where else to go. I’m transmasculine/non-binary and expecting, but I’ve been feeling like crap the last few days. I live in Texas in an area with a high pollen count (specifically on a farm). I’ve always had bad allergies and have gotten sick around this time but it’s hitting me so much worse now.

This is my first pregnancy, and I’m almost 17 weeks. As I’m typing I’ve lost over 20 pounds (23) from my first appointment to now, and idk how much before then. The last few days have started me not being able to eat bc of all the mucus in my stomach from drainage/allergies, and when I do I would often “overeat” and throw it all up. The amount I’ve been able to eat has decreased dramatically to the point that I’ve been waking up “full” and throwing up mucus and whatever fluids I’ve had, and tons of dry heaving. I’m quickly becoming dehydrated, I’m constantly tired and in pain, and having trouble sleeping.

I’ve already contacted my OB prior to the last few days(my appt was March 28th) who showed no concern at the time and said since the baby looks healthy and I don’t look dehydrated I just need to take Zyrtec and Claritin. I’ve been taking medicine with help from my mom (who is a nurse) but I’m having trouble keeping it down.

I can’t do ginger tea, it comes back up. I can’t do saltines hardly or almost any other food, because it comes back up. It isn’t food sensitivity, it’s all the snot in my stomach.

I’ve also now started to be unable to pass solid vowel movements, it’s all liquid and in small but painful amounts, but I’m assuming that’s bc I’m not eating? My mom says after the pollen count goes down I should be fine but I’m so sick of feeling like this.
