Ovarian Cyst's

Does anyone suffer from ovarian cyst's??? If so when did u throw in towel and go in??? I have deal with them for years, but recently the pain is gotten bad in parts of the day I have the worst pain in my left ovary. I know what it is, and are painful and there isnt a lot they can do. But when should I throw in the towel and go in??? Mind you if I do go in I have no insurance and it would have to be the ER times are hard for my family and another bill is not something I need. But the pain just comes and goes ,but when it does... any home ideas....??? Or should I just go in???
