Period Pains 🥲

What do you guys do to help with period pains?! Like no joke I want to rip out my entire uterus, break my back, run into the corner of a table, etc.

Last night I took an aleve, and that did not work. I got even stronger pains so I was awake for 2 hours due to pain. I then took two ibuprofen and oh boy, it took like an hour to work. So mind you, I was sitting on the toilet just in pain for two hours at 2am

Usually I’m fine with just ibuprofen but this period is actually killing me. Like I want to punch myself for some sort of relief… I also usually am able to time the ibuprofen well so that it doesn’t get this bad, but I didn’t this time and now im paying for it 🤦🏻‍♀️

Sorry for the period pain rant, but what do you use or recommend? I’m talking painkillers, patches, etc. Thanks!
