20dpo no period
Hello I’m super confuse so currently today I’m 20dpo with no signs of my period at 18 dpo I took a test and it was negative but for two days (while I was 18-19 dpo) I was spotting very light when I wipe and have been feeling lower back pain cramps on and off headaches and feeling more tired often I’m super confuse I haven’t tested again any thoughts? Thanks
