Progesterone levels

Progesterone levels came back as 23.4 but I literally feel nothing. Nurse said it was really good! Still not hopeful we were lucky this month. Anyone else not get ANY symptoms before BFP?

(I’m 7DPO today. Test was done on 5DPO)
