Dry skin by genital area- help!

I can’t get into my dr for another 11 days and this is driving me insane not knowing! Has this happened to anybody else?

I had no idea this was going on until I just checked because I felt some dry skin down there!

(Blocked out anything that was too much!)

I don’t know what to do! It doesn’t itch or anything! It’s just flaky patches on the outer vaginal area/ around anus area.

Google says lichen sclerosis - which it does look like it could be that- but this has never happened to me before that I know of!!! It just presented itself today
