Any tips on getting your little one to sleep in the crib?

I really messed up. My little one is 11 months and still doesn’t sleep through the night. It’s just me and her so she’s very attached. I can’t even leave the room or she senses it. I was doing whatever was best to get as much sleep as possible but that she’s getting older, I’m stressed. she’s about to be one and we still have sleepless nights. What are tips on getting her in her crib? I can’t do the cry it out method. It feels like im torturing her
