Good lightweight stroller?

Looking for lightweight but smooth stroller recommendations. She can sit up on her own so don’t need a car seat adapter. I want something that can fold up small, has a big storage basket, can handle the grass, and is light. We have a Bob Revolution for jogging already, but that’s way too big for the car and for me to lug around. Looking at the Uppababy Cruz V2 but what other options are there that are actually good? It seems a bit heavy to me and the fold seems complicated. Are any of the more expensive umbrella strollers good for long term and off-road use?
