Hard time transitioning !
I’m 25 & I just started a new job, I work from home and I have worked in night life and I’ve also had an overnight shift while working at a construction job… My new shift is 3PM - 12AM, And I’m having a hard time adjusting. I’m off on Tuesday & Saturday which is also different for me I’m use to consecutive off days, so the break feels so little. I’m trying to get a good sleep schedule, A good balance of being outside since I work from home. And I am a homebody but by choice, now working from home I don’t have a choice but to be home. Any ideas? Suggestions
