Its been a month and no NIPT results

I was just told that NIPT results are going to take between 4-6 weeks. I am high risk and I was told originally it would be 2-3 weeks. They also haven’t done an ultrasound since the pregnancy confirmation appt. Ive also had a very large subchorionic hematoma and have been the the ER for massive hemorrhaging. This does not seem right. Is this how high risk moms are experiencing care? The NIPT results are especially important bc my 1 son is severely disabled.
