Positive vibes please

Has anyone taken coq10 ?? How good are the results I am 30 TTC for a yr and half now with no success all my reports are perfect and so does my husband his sperm count is not wow but average and getting better with vitamins he takes my doctor prescribed me coq10 . Don’t know what to do my periods are normal I ovulate use premom ovulation test trips can anyone share their experience I really want to see my self pregnant this year please feel free to drop ur comments good luck to all my ladies TTC ❤️
