Breast Pain?

For the past few months, I’ve had a small throbbing pain at the side of my left boob. A few sharp pains along with that. I think it’s going into my arm, and it feels slightly warm. It gets worse about a 2 weeks before my period starts and then it goes away when my period ends. I’ve just noticed it came back about 2 weeks after my period ended, definitely not as bad. My left boob has always been bigger and more ‘lumpy’ than the other. I’m an over-thinker so I’m obviously gonna think the worst. Has anyone experienced this?
