miscarriage

hello everyone! if you have seen my post last time it was that i have finally gotten pregnant. a week or so later i started having bleeding, called my mom and grandma they told me to go to the hospital. better safe than sorry they said. i get there they do tests urine and blood tests. comes back there’s no trace of the pregnancy anywhere. even after 4 pee sticks and 1 blood test i got from quest. he (doctor) had informed me that i had miscarried. i got home my heart sank crying non stop thinking it was my fault when this stuff happens in real life with no explanation. if you have any helpful tips or can relate please comment.
