Pregnancy rash?

Hey ladies, I’m 19weeks and 5days and developed a rash under/side of my upper right arm the last few days and it’s become heated and uncomfortable. Haven’t used any new products, etc. Just wondering if anyone else has had this?

Is it red and dry? I had the same thing and put hydrocortisone cream on it.
