What did everyone’s early signs of labor contractions feel like ? With my first my water broke and the intense contractions started immediately!

I’m 36 weeks now and was admitted at 32 weeks for ruptured fetal membranes and they said it re sealed itself.. Anywhoo I’m home but have been having lots of cramping in my pelvic area and hips and a sharp pain every once in awhile … the cramping started last night and they feel like uncomfortable period cramps so far I’ve had a bunch this past hour.
