IVF consult

We had our IVF consult this morning after 3 failed IUIs. They drew blood to check my AMH level + other things and I call Monday to go over the results and next steps. Doctor said the issue is likely either my egg quality and/or my husbands sperm bc morphology wasn’t the best. We’ve been TTC #2 for 18 months now and I’m 38. Hoping we get some promising news and kind of wish I had pushed for the blood test before doing IUI as we may have skipped it. Too late now. I’m realizing you have to speak up and do research to advocate for yourself in this whole process. If AMH is low does that mean IVF won’t work or is there still a chance?
