Is this impetigo

My daughter woke up this morning with a rash, it wasn’t annoying her at all and no itching. As times got on it’s gotten worse, I did speak to a doctor but she said it was a viral rash after having a cold this weekend gone. I’ve googled now and it looks like impetigo, im worried as I got a 12 week old. Is there anything I can put on it for help? The doctors are closed till Tuesday as well due to bank holiday
