Nothing as you can get multiple surges in a cycle just means your lh is high that’s all

You should be taking a pregnancy test at this point, not an OPK. It’s possible that other hormonal changes can cause a temporary rise in LH around this time of your cycle, which can result in a positive OPK. You need to take a pregnancy test.

Some people say they get positive OPKs and are pregnant, some people get positive OPKs just because their period is coming. It’s really not enough to say anything since Lh surges can happen anytime in your cycle! That’s why they typically suggest stopping after your first positive.
