Trigger warning* possible mc

Please help I’m so lost and confused. Today is cd 14 and I’ve been spotting since cd 11. The spotting is pink and lite like I usually get at the beginning and end of my periods however this has been consistent for a few days. Well my bff told me to take a pregnancy test this morning because she’s afraid I may be miscarrying. I took a test this morning and I got a positive. Not even a vvvfl it was for sure positive. Now I’m scared cause my dh and I have been trying for a year to get pregnant 😭
