Ebf and newborn

I was ebf with my daughter for over a year but it’s like I’ve forgotten everything. My guy was eating just fine and now my milk is trying to come in and they’re hard, incredibly sore and lumpy and he won’t latch. Once I get him to after fighting him, he’ll eat enough to empty around the nipple but all the milk towards the back stays. I’ve tried to massage and get the lumps out but they just come back. He’s sleeping longer and even when he roots I can’t get him to latch. He’ll give up and go to sleep. Please help, I’m hurting so bad.
