Grow spurt or Formula Changes?

So all today and yesterday my baby girl has been sleeping a lot more than usual . I’ve put her on a new formula it’s a gentle ease one to help with gas , spit up and fussiness. So idk if it’s making her stomach feel a whole lot better or making her feel better in general. Cause she hasn’t been waking up as fussy with gas. And she’s had two poops today and one yesterday. There for about two days she didn’t have a poop just a lot of gas. And it’s normal color , she’s also breastfed. She’s not running fever or anything & she’s waking up for her feedings.

So I don’t know if she just feeling better or if it’s a grow spurt she going through.
