Please share any information you have experinced 😞💞pregnancy wise 😞

Im so worried so I have irregular periods to the point where I can go without one for 2 months -3 and I ended up getting pregnant and they can’t tell me how far long because ultrasound vaginal wise it’s early still to the point where last period witch was only 3 days doesn’t add up to the size of the measurements they took in the vaginal ultrasound and if they use the day I took my test it doesn’t add up and ever since I got pregnant I’ve started having maybe 2 weeks after just brownish light discharge then it was darker sometimes and that’s it and they took blood test to see my hormones and levels and she said if they were dropping she would give me medicine for the miscarriage and if they were above then my scheduled ultrasound this Tuesday is still on and both blood test came out high 💞 but today after walking 3 hrs on feet I had this come out in one wipe after that I just have brown discharge like normal amount nothing dramatic I just need help or any advice 😞
