6 week checkup

does the doctor suppose to check your cervix at your 6 week appointment? my baby’s first doctor checked mine and made sure my tear was healed on the outside. this is my third baby and new doctor and I went today for my checkup and she just asked me did I get my period and what birth control I wanted to do did and did a pregnancy test lol.. didn’t clear me for sex or anything but i’m taking it as I can resume now
