Did any of you get PGP?

Question

I believe i have pelvic girdle pain. I had it with both pregnancies but this second time is much worse. If any of you guys had it what did you do to relieve some of the pain?

Started 24 weeks with my first and I was so bad by the end. Slept on the sofa upright as I couldn’t sleep on my sides. Could hardly walk. 
Second one started at 14 weeks. Same story, can’t sleep in bed again. This time my husband and I are living with my parents while we look for a house and I’m getting a lot of help, not having to cook or do the shopping, no lifting and the pain is much much better. So long as I don’t do anything to aggravate it. So I guess my advice is.. do as little as possible and get as much help as you can as it’s made a huge difference for me.. I know it’s waiting there the second I try and do anything but the day to day pain is easier

Didn't have it with my first but had it with my second, there are specific ways to move to minimize pain (google it) and I bought a pelvic belt that helped near the end of my pregnancy

I’m currently 24 weeks and wake up in tears some nights because of the pain, it’s always worse when I lay on my left side. It effects how I walk in the mornings and I can’t walk far during the day because it feels like I’ve been hit by a bus 🙄 I use a deep heat roll on which kind of helps, a warm compression that goes in the microwave and sitting in the bath seems to help aswell.

It came a lot sooner w my second pregnancy. I did PT which helped some, but a lot of the pain is caused by hormones and there’s nothing that can be done about that.

I got it around 12 weeks this (2nd) pregnancy. I use a heated blanket and take acetaminophen for it. Been quite a few mornings where I'm absolutely paralyzed or just can't close my legs at all. And all sleeping positions are affecting mine. My back, right side, left side. I do lay partially on my stomach sometimes tbh and it helps a bit.
