Anyone who’ve gotten COVID while pregnant? What did you experience?

I got COVID at 36 weeks pregnant. It was a milks case. I had my son at 40 weeks, emergency C-section, and they sent away my placenta bc of my history of melanoma. 
My placenta was covered in lesions that are often found with health complications like Pre-eclampsia which I didn’t have. Doing my own research and speaking with my doctor, they’re finding more and more women with lesions on their placentas after contracting COVID pregnant.  
It’s scary but I’m vaccinated and my son is healthy. 
I would speak to your doctor if you have concerns. I know mine talked me through a lot of anxiety when I contracted it.

I had covid i believe around 25/26 weeks. It was my second time, first while pregnant. For me it was like a really bad headcold ( im double vaxed, no boosters).  I did experience alot of chest pain, so i went to obs triage. Baby was okay. You are at higher risk of hospital admission, pre term labour. Luckily for me and little one all is good so far. Im 36 weeks now.

I had a SEVERE case of Covid at try beginning of 2nd trimester. I was hospitalized twice for it during my pregnancy. It lasted 6 weeks and was relentless. High high fever, couldn’t breathe, low oxygen, was on all these treatments. It was hell. Baby was perfectly fine though.

Lots of people has gotten covid when pregnant. Most are completely fine. I had it myself when pregnant with my second. It was awful, but I was just sick.
If yuou have trouble breathing go get help. Otherwise you're likely fine 😊
