What do y’all think this rash is?

So she’s had this tummy rash for about 2 days now and tonight she complained about it being itchy? My kiddos have had hand foot and mouth and it didn’t look like this at all? So I’m not sure what this is?

My little sis had little raspy bumps like this on and off for months when she was a toddler and we finally took her to a skin specialist who determined it was eczema. Looks very similar I believe. Definitely see a dermatologist if the pediatrician doesn’t know what it is but likely they’ll be able to identify it.

Are those really tiny spots? And you’re right, it also doesn’t look like hfm to me either. We’ve had chicken pox and poison ivy too- doesn’t look like that either! Maybe just another viral rash? Or an allergy?

Could just be a viral rash or if you’re in a warmer climate at the moment heat rash. If she starts developing a fever or other signs and symptoms of being L then I would take her to a doctor but otherwise usually it’s nothing to stress about
