Ideas for food for my 10 month old

I need some ideas for recipes for my 10 month old. Usually we give him whatever we have of course but some of the time my husband and I are so busy we kinda just make a sandwich or whatever and go kinda thing. I'm just looking for things I can make ahead of time and pop in the freezer or that are quick, that I can have on hand for the busy evenings when my husband and I aren't cooking a whole meal for ourselves. Nothing containing rice or oats though.
