Menstrual cups while swimming?
Is it okay to wear a cup while swimming? Will it fill w water? Will it stay in place? Should I use a tampon instead? I’ve never used a menstrual cup before and I’m going on vacation and need to know which would be better for swimming, wakeboarding, tubing etc.
