Saalt Disc

I decided to give the saalt menstrual disc a try today. I got the size small thinking that it would be easier for me since I’m a more petite person. I wasn’t too sure how high up my cervix is placed but I’m starting to think I have a pretty high up cervix. I had no issues inserting the disc. Although, I went to take it out and it seems to be a lot further than when I first inserted it. I can barely reach it with my middle finger and I’m not too sure what to do. Any advice would be great :) I’d like to save myself from a trip to the emergency room but I am starting to panic lol.
