Help I need advice, or support…

I am pregnant and I am struggling very hard I am 6 weeks and I have hyperemesis gravadarium I am on two separate anti nausea medications and I had to go to the er to get fluids and have inhome iv fluids I want this baby but I am so extremely miserable that I’ve been considering abortion…I know it’s a touchy subject but I don’t know if I can do this for 6 more weeks I’m so so incredibly miserable
