When to change rooms - sibling arriving!

Hi all,
We are expecting baby number two and I’m wondering when the best time it would be to move our toddler to their new bigger room. Baby won’t need the room until their 6 months plus but is it best to change before baby arrives so the baby isn’t taking their room OR change rooms three months after baby arrives so it’s like a special treat for them.

We moved our toddler when i was 7 months pregnant. We also upgraded her from the crib to a floor bed so we got her super excited about the bed change which helped ease the transition. By the time baby arrived, it was no big deal

So we are expecting baby number 3. The oldest currently share and we are moving them. I am 17 weeks pregnant currently. We've been planning the move picking out paint, new beds, decor, new dressers. We've had a lot of talks about this is their new room. We plan on moving them before arrival so they can adapt and don't feel kicked out. Also so the kids can get used to their new beds (not cribs and toddler bed) and we can get them feeling safe and secure. For reference my kids are 4 and 2 and we will be moving them over when I am around 21 weeks.
