Did he break up with me?

Dating long distance and we got in an argument I told him that 3 months passed by and we could be at least half in the steps of the process. I said what needs to be done needs to be done. And he assumed that I was blaming him when I wasn’t. I genuinely want him to start it but this is what he said and now I don’t know what to do he hasn’t texted me. I texted him and called him but is not picking up my calls.

The context is that we were having a conversation prior to this text I told him that 3 months have passed and if another 3 go by we could already made some process and moved forward. He got upset that I was accusing him of not trying. We were also planning on moving together in a different state because he doesn’t want to live in the city in where we met. I got a job in my state and I am saving up money, while he was unemployed because he is picky about his jobs. I never asked him to do that, leave his country and stability behind. This is something he decided to do! He says he wants to be American and established but he doesn’t realize it takes time and green card! No one is going to hire someone without a work permit. All I wanted was to move the citizenship process because it’s long and he would be able to get a permit. Then he told me even if he did have the work permit he wouldn’t know what to do and he didn’t like the idea of taxes! He went all off on me and made these crazy assumptions! Plus I am a college graduate and I have a stable job! Literally he’s not compromising it’s his way or no way!

Update it’s been 2 days since he hasn’t texted me.
