Implantation or period ?

Question

My period was suppose to start Monday/Tuesday but i didn’t start spotting yesterday (25th) I had spotting once yesterday and today when I wiped the same spotting!  Is this too dark for it to be implantation though or should I test? 🫣
Cause if it was my period i would’ve started my flow today right ? 
I’m not really cramping , my boobs have been sore, and I’m somewhat nauseous.

If your period was supposed to start, it would be the start of your period. Implantation would happen a week or more before your missed period

I’ve stopped spotting , no longer bleeding any. Could this still be period?

How are you confirming ovulation? You may have ovulated late and therefore your period would be pushed back too
