Am I wrong

My bf is away for work. I went out to the bar with friends last night and I was drunk. I still kept in contact with him and kept him updated. Especially cause my ex showed up to the bar and was tryna ask me if my bf and my son was his. Out of respect I kept my bf updated on it.

He wouldn’t text me back for 3 hrs. I’m like ok he’s sleep. He texts me at 2am out of nowhere. He was up that whole time and was smoking with his friends. He said he couldn’t be on his phone cause he was “so fried” but I’m over here damn near wasted and still keeping him updated.

Now he’s mad tht im upset. All I was asking is that he kept me updated like I did him. A simple text saying “I’m out with friends smoking” would have been fine. Idk I could be overreacting.
