Pain after sex

So I noticed literally today that after having sex I have pain way below my belly button. Before I had sex I had a full bladder but I ended up just holding it til after. I went pee when we were done (thinking that it was just my bladder bothering me) but the pain still lingered for a while. The pain feels like a mixture between having pee really bad and having bad period cramps. The pain eventually subsided after about 10-15 minutes. I asked my gyno about it but she hasn’t responded yet so I thought I’d post here too.
