Ovulation help

Hey can you ovulate without discharge? This has never happened before but I had a (forced) c section 6 months ago and ever since then I’ve never seen any CM. I’ve been tracking bbt with confirmed ovulation (thru the birth control app) but don’t have any CM. I’ve also been tracking LH with strips and got a positive 3 days in a row. I didn’t have any sex for that entire week as that’s the birth control I’m using tracking temp and lh and using vhc so wanna know if anything is wrong with me. I have an appointment for 6 weeks to check out my thyroid as it was slightly elevated but not enough for medicine and it’s basically back to normal just slightly high o
