Long flight travel with subchorionic hematoma at 16 weeks?

Hey everyone, looking for your thoughts here. I’m 12 weeks pregnant with baby 2. The doctor said I have a moderate sub chorionic hematoma which was only seen at my 12 week ultrasound. This was not seen at 8 weeks. I’m thinking of travelling at 15+ weeks and it will be a 16 hour flight with one stop and two more domestic flights over my 2 week stay then another long haul back.

Quick google search says not to travel before 20 weeks.

Anyone with experience or more insight? My PCP just says with pregnancy there is a risk and I only see the OB a few days before the planned trip which will be too late.
