Er trip and ultrasound

Went to the ER yesterday (Sunday) for some discharge and cramps. 12w1d yesterday. They were all so sweet, they did a vaginal exam and my cervix was closed and an ultrasound.

They said baby looks great and has a HR of 162, but they didn’t show me the ultrasound? I didn’t ask honestly because it was a male doctor who looked a lot like a guy who assaulted me as a child so I was pretty intimidated in the moment, and I figured I’d I just request the ultrasound on my patient portal today to see.

Well, I requested it and it was denied because “no images taken on 06/04/23”

I put in a second request and expanded the date to today and wrote “ultrasound from 06/04/23 ER trip” in the additional comments section. They haven’t gotten back to me yet on that.

Maybe they have to have a tech look before they can give them??? No idea.

Bit of a side note, it was quite obvious when he put the speculum in that I have a yeast infection. (I saw the speculum after it was discarded and it’s bad 🙃) but the yeast results came back negative? As did the trich, chlamydia and gonorrhea tests.

When I googled what mimics yeast infection those are the three that came up. Other than that it said BV which I have had issues with in the past but there’s little to no smell and no itching at all. Just a yellow chunky discharge. Quite confused.

Should also mention I’ve had these yeast infection symptoms 10 separate times in the last year and a half, always happens after sex, between three separate partners in that time. I always go to the bathroom right after sex (partners have even joked with me about running away to clean up 😂🙄) and 90% of the time I shower as well.

Had sex for the first time a week ago after a two month absence, no issues in those two months 🙃🙃🙃

Edit- they got back to me on the ultrasound, they just don’t have access to ER records for whatever reason. And they were a bit spicy in the reply 😅 they told me “please get ahold of HIM for your ER records. Thanks.” Like damn, sorry I didn’t know!
