Has anyone had a similar experience after rough anal sex

Hello all, I’m going to just shoot information out right now, I had rough anal and vaginal sex on Friday night. I thought I was fine until yesterday night it started really hurting. Like incredibly sore. So, mental health is involved and I was not making wise decisions I’m fine now mentally but I’m just it’s not pain but it’s sore enough to notice all the time. After all this I wore a thong and tight jeans for two days which I feel like might have aggravated it more? I just now took ibuprofen for the first time and going to ice the area like I read online. My vagina is very swollen too. I just wanted to know if it was common to be this sore this many days after? Again, it was rough, and I did not after care I’m just starting now so if you’ve had a similar experience please share! I’d rather not go to the doctors if I can do treatment at home.
