I had my baby 2 weeks ago. Hubby and i arent going to have intercourse till 6 weeks but can we have foreplay? Can i still masturbate without inserting anything

Three births here! I did immediately after coming home. And pretty much every day after until we could have intercourse. I’ve never heard not to, and was always under the impression that contracting and tightening the uterus is a good thing after birth 🤷🏻‍♀️
