Induction without epidural.... advice please!

I've been booked for an induction which i was really hoping to avoid. This is my 2nd baby, i had a really quick vaginal birth with my daughter and absolutely do not want a c-section or an epidural. Has anyone had a positive induction experience without an epidural as i know inductions are apparently way more painful than natural labour. I'm feeling really down about this whole process so any positive stories or words of encouragement would be great.
