8 month old losing interest in bottles/formula

My son turned 8 months on the 30th. The last month or so he’s shown less interest in drinking his bottles. He has 4 bottles a day plus food 3 times a day and as we’ve started exploring foods, he’s shown less and less interest in bottles.

He’ll usually drink his whole 7oz first thing in the morning because he sleeps all night without a bottle so he’s hungry. But every bottle after that he may only drink 5oz or sometimes only 2-3oz and shoves the bottle away and doesn’t want it at all. I thought it was due to teething which maybe it is but he’s been doing this right when we started solids. And he will always DESTROY solids lol like he eats all of it every time. And I only give him solids after his bottles, not before.

Did anyone else experience this? I know their main source of nutrition should be their bottles until 1 but he’s not having it
