Back pain after sex

So me and my bf had some amazing rough sex last night but it’s the first time I experience these symptoms. After that round, I peed and came to sit on the bed and it was so painful so sit down I was shocked. And right after I had a burning sensation (this all went away within the next hour.) however the next day I woke up with some horrible back pain that not even lidocaine patches help. Has this happened to you before? Should I contact my dr? This has never happened to me before.
