paranoid after going raw for the first time

so i lost my virginity last night and im honestly paranoid, i wasnt ready to lose it but it was in the moment and i felt bad if i pushed away said no :( we didnt use protection, we went twice, he came on my upper inner thigh area then on my butt, and idk im just paranoid now 🥹 im scared to take a plan b or something bc i heard they aren’t as effective on those over a certain weight :( i cant afford a plan b and i honestly wasnt prepared to go farther than a kiss or some head lol, i regret it and now i feel disgusting and dirty :(((
