Please read

so this is a long story and i know i messed up but got educated on not to do this again but for now i need answers. almost a month ago i was sexually active and had to take a plan b twice even tho im on birth control pill but missed a few so i took the plan bs . then on the same month i got the nexaplan arm implant . and finished up the few last days of that pack. now i’m on my sugar pills of that pack and my period is late. i took a pregnancy digital test and it came back neg. i haven’t had any cramping at all this month. my discharge is clear and stretchy and also some white dotted discharge but not chunky . am i ok ? could u be pregnant i’m scared.
